15% restocking charge and no credit given for freight.

our sales staff starts at noon EST time (9am Pacific).
The shipping personal uses the 9-12 time to perpare and
ship the previous days orders. This allows us to take west
coast orders right up to 6pm Pacific time (9pm EST), in

office and if at home will take orders until 11pm EST and
